This protocol was created by analyzing data from 1,000 track records of the best traders across various markets. By loading this data into the system, we trained the AI to understand and predict when a trader is implementing effective strategies and when they are not. This allows the system to make timely decisions: give the manager an opportunity to «cool down», temporarily suspend them from managing assets, or completely remove them from the team. Complementing this technological approach, our in-house psychologist analyzes market conditions and managers' behavior, enabling more accurate and balanced decision-making.
