We’re proud to announce our partnership with the Samurai Way school — a bold step in our mission to nurture new talent and build a sustainable innovation ecosystem from the roots up.
At West Garden Fund, we believe in cultivating not just companies — but people. That’s why we’re supporting a program that combines real workplace immersion with structured mentorship, designed to give young minds the tools they need to thrive.
👩💻 How it works:
The internship, hosted by our portfolio company Dellecod, unfolds over three transformative stages:
1️⃣ Stage I: Soft Skills & Adaptation
Time management, public speaking, emotional intelligence, workplace etiquette — the foundations of long-term success.
2️⃣ Stage II: Hard Skills Training
Professional courses tailored to the intern’s chosen direction (from Copywriting to IT to Design).
3️⃣ Stage III: Real Teamwork
Practical work within real company teams, building confidence and proving capability in a business setting.
💡 Top performers are rewarded with real capital to test trading hypotheses — a hands-on opportunity to learn risk and reward with real skin in the game. Profits are theirs to keep. Failures? Treated as learning curves, not punishments.
🌾 Why we got involved:
Because growing great founders, designers, and engineers takes more than ambition — it takes structure, support, and the belief that talent can come from anywhere.
Through this initiative, we’re not just investing in markets. We’re investing in people. And we think that’s the most valuable asset of all.
